I’m Kady Thompson, a nutrition coach passionate about helping people and athletes feel more confident in their food choices and everyday habits.
I’m currently studying a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy degree and gaining hands-on experience through placement at Burnley Football Academy, working alongside physiotherapists to better understand the demands of training, performance, and recovery.
My approach to nutrition is realistic, supportive, and personal. I believe small, consistent changes can make a big difference, and my goal is to support you on your journey, whatever stage you’re at.
